Join us in creating your very own Orc character during our camp intensive. From building out a kit, trading trinkets, and character design workshops, we will be building immersive LOTR style Orcs from start to finish. At the end of our workshop we will have a battle day using a rules light theatrical combat system.
Itinerary:
Thursday Night-Out of Game Craft Night.
We will be starting with your Orcs base layer of clothing. These items will be distressed and orc-ified. Every Orc needs a strong, filthy base layer to build off.
You will need to bring:
-Black hood
-Black tunic
-Black pants
(These items are available through the event for 100$ a kit)
Friday-Out of Game Leather and Steel Crafting Day
Scrounge around in our trade piles to patch work a proper kit together. Bring bits of leather, armor and trinkets to trade. Learn how to distress, warp and stain materials with our veteran orcs. It will be a full day of stitching and hammering out the gritty detailing.
You will need:
Soft leather in natural and black colors
(I can order some for you contract me 40$)
Armor bits and heavy leather to make your scavenged armor
(Dm I can order some 80$)
Saturday-In Game
We are going to practice our war efforts by fighting and getting rowdy.
You will need:
Latex Orc weapons
Full Orc mask (Available at LARP Box. Mention Old World for discounts)
Sunday-In game
A mysterious oppositional force will come to battle against the might of the orcs.
