Pilates in the Park NOLA is teaming up with Urban South Brewery for their Dog Days of Summer celebration and we’re kicking off the day with Puppies & Pilates!

Join us for a feel-good Pilates class surrounded by some very special furry guests!

🐶 Trampled Rose Rescue will be bringing adoptable dogs to mingle, play, and maybe even join you on your mat while we move.

Even better: a portion of the proceeds from the class will benefit Trampled Rose Rescue, helping support their work rescuing and caring for dogs in our community. ❤️
