Upton Sleep Workshop For Over 1's

This session offers a range of fun, engaging activities designed for children aged 12 months to 4 years old.

It’s a great opportunity for little ones to play, explore, and develop new skills in a welcoming environment.Our experienced Early Years Practitioners will also be on hand to provide friendly advice and support around children’s sleep.

Looking for guidance on:

• bedtime routines
• managing night waking
• addressing common sleep challenges

Then we are here to help!

Come along to meet other families, share experiences, and pick up useful tips to support your child’s sleep and wellbeing.

All the guidance we provide is based on trusted, nationally recognised sources, including UNICEF Baby Friendly and The Lullaby Trust. We also work closely with the NHFT 0–19 Health Visiting Team to complement the support they offer to families, ensuring you receive consistent, reliable advice.

You’ll leave the workshop with practical tips, reassurance, and a better understanding of what’s normal for your child’s sleep, helping you feel more confident and supported at home.
