Amazon Recruitment Event – Northampton

Join us at The Guildhall, Northampton on 2nd June 2026 from 11:45 AM - 4:00 PM for the Amazon Recruitment Fair.

West Northamptonshire Council (WNC), in partnership with Amazon and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), invites residents to an exciting recruitment event packed with new job opportunities. Come along to meet Amazon’s recruitment team and express your interest in applying for one of their many vacant job roles , hear about the many benefits of working for a prestigious employer such as Amazon and gain an understanding of the wide ranging career pathways on offer.

If you’re exploring your next step, getting back into work, thinking about a new direction, or simply interested in Amazon’s opportunities….EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

What You Can Expect

📣 Amazon Presentation (15–20 minutes)

The event will begin with a short presentation from Amazon covering:

• How the recruitment process works
• Available roles and responsibilities
• Pay, benefits, and working patterns
• Career development and progression opportunities

This is a great chance to understand what it’s really like to work with one of the world’s leading employers.

🤝 Job Fair & Q&A Session

After the presentation, the space will open into a recruitment‑fair style environment where attendees can:

• Speak directly with Amazon’s recruitment team
• Ask questions about roles, shifts, training, and career pathways
• Pick up Amazon SWAG
• Receive guidance on completing an application
• Apply for roles on the day

Our friendly teams from WNC and DWP will also be available to support you throughout the afternoon.

To help us manage the flow of attendees throughout the day, we are offering a choice of time slots.

• 12:00pm – 1:00pm
• 1:00pm – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 3:00pm
• 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Please choose the correct ticket for the time slot you would prefer when registering. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time; however, spaces in each slot are limited.
