Upstairs at Bow: Yoga Saturday Disco

All levels yoga class under the greenery and disco ball in Upstairs at Bow. As the disco ball spins will build energy to a disco playlist. Class will end with an extended shavasana.

Must bring your own yoga mat.

Class is taught by Zola of Be Easy Meditation. 200 hour YTT, 3 years yoga teaching, "parent & baby" yoga certified, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction experience.
