Build the power, endurance, and stability needed for expressive, fluid movement. This class will focus on exercises that target the shoulders, arms, back, and core to support effortless isolations, dynamic arm pathways, and strong posture. Whether you're working on powerful accents or sustained grace, developing upper body strength will take your dance to the next level!

HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKET:

Each ticket (via Zoom or in-person) is based on a sliding scale. You choose the price that fits your budget.

For example: Your option is between $55-$65 and you choose what you will pay between $55-$65. You can not pay less than the lowest price listed. In this example that is $55.
