Join this budding community at Elwood! Enjoy a mix of breathwork, meditation and connection exercises. The perfect way to meet new people!About this Event
8:30am start on the sand in front of Elwood Bathers.
Bring a towel or yoga mat, and an open mind! We provide blankets for the cold mornings.
The session consists of short breathwork exercises, connection activities and a meditation to leave you feeling light and buzzed for the weekend.
The session will run for around 45 minutes, with an optional dip in the ocean afterwards! After the session is a great time to chat, and maybe buy a coffee at Gypsea Cafe!
