Join makers from Kantamanto - the world's largest second-hand clothing market - to learn how to repurpose and refashion your old clothes!
About this Event

Come along and meet designers from Kantamanto such as KOMA, Dinnani, Khadis as well as The Or Foundation’s remanufacturing lead for an evening of circular design.

Every week, Kantamanto's retailers, tailors and upcyclers process around 15 million pieces of second-hand clothing.

In this hands-on workshop, they'll show you how they breathe new life into old garments, transforming your unwanted shirts into skirts, dresses, hair accessories, tote bags, boxer shorts and more.

No experience needed — just bring an old shirt. Don't have one? We'll have spares on the night.

If you are bringing items of clothing along to this workshop, please ensure :

  • Items of clothes are washed, clean and dry
  • No fur, feather or wool items
