About this Event
Life doesn’t move in a straight line. Some periods feel light and manageable, while others feel heavy, slow, or simply hard. These shifts can have clear reasons, (exams, results, health, relationships, loss), and sometimes there’s no obvious explanation at all. You might just wake up feeling tired, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, even when nothing seems “wrong.”
This workshop is an invitation to explore those ups and downs without judgment and without the pressure to fix them. We’ll talk about how transitions affect the way we feel, why difficult emotions are a normal part of life, and what it means to sit with feelings rather than push them away.
Alongside this, we’ll explore practical and supportive ways to get through heavier periods. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your own emotional patterns and a few tools that may help make challenging moments easier to carry.
