The Centre for Dynamic Imaging at WEHI is hosting our third Expansion Microscopy course "Up Close & Down Under: A bootcamp for Expansion Microscopy" on the 18-20th of November, 2026.

This time, we are thrilled to open up registrations to anyone and anywhere interested in making their samples larger and getting more resolution, to answer their biological questions.

We are also absolutely thrilled to have an amazing line-up of speakers including Dr Benjamin Liffner , A/Prof Izzy Jayasinghe and A/Prof Toby Bell, who all bring different perspectives on Expansion Microscopy.

In addition to these presentations, this bootcamp will give users hands-on training of the Ultrastructure Expansion Microscopy (U-ExM) protocol, and imaging of many types of samples across five imaging modalities.

Program:

• Wednesday 18th November: 11:30am - 4:30pm
• Thursday 19 November: 9:30am - 4:30pm
• Friday 20 November: 9:30am - 4:30pm
