Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registration
Registration is required to attend the 2026 MIG Symposium: Cutting-Edge Methods in Omics.
- Places are limited and registrations will be accepted until capacity is reached.
- Your registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed through Eventbrite.
- Registration fees provide access to the symposium program and event catering.
- Please ensure that the information provided during registration is correct.
- Tickets are intended for the registered attendee. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another person to attend in your place by contacting the MIG team before the event.
Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change.
- Cancellations received on or before Friday, 20 November 2026 will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received after Friday, 20 November 2026 will not normally be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be provided for non-attendance on the day.
- If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another person to attend in your place by contacting the MIG team before the event.
Event Changes or Cancellation
Melbourne Integrative Genomics reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the symposium program, speakers or schedule where necessary.
In the unlikely event that the symposium is cancelled by the organisers, registered attendees will be contacted directly and information regarding registration refunds will be provided.
