Most of us carry tension we've stopped noticing. It lives in the hips, the shoulders, the jaw — that low-grade tightness that stretching helps for a moment and then returns. This class is designed to go deeper.
Using therapy balls, blocks, and intentional movement, each session targets a different area of the body — from feet and hips to hands, neck, and jaw — to gently break up built-up tension in the muscles and fascia, the connective tissue that holds everything together. The result is more than flexibility. It's ease. The kind that stays with you.
Each 75-minute class also includes a simple take-home practice so the work doesn't stop when you leave your mat.

This class is for you if you carry tension in your hips, back, shoulders, neck, or jaw — or if you're simply ready for a yoga experience that goes beyond the surface.
No experience needed. All levels welcome.
What to bring: Yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Therapy balls (Tune-Up Fitness) are available for purchase to support your at-home practice. We also have tennis balls to use free of charge.
