About this Event
Unwind with beginner-friendly somatic yoga, guided breath and meditation.
Melt tension and create a feeling of spaciousness in the body with slow, intentional movement synchronised with breath. Reconnect body and mind with guided somatic meditation, becoming anchored to the present moment, allowing your nervous system to settle and fully relax. I also offer optional gentle hands-on support should you wish to receive the grounding benefits of therapeutic touch (not a requirement - always invitational). Spaces limited to 8 to allow for a more focussed and supportive experience. We'll close with deep rest to integrate, followed by time to emerge with journalling and an herbal tea.
