About this Event

Join Liza for Unwind, an end of week breathwork experience that uses the full spectrum of the breath to reset the whole body. We move from calming, regulating breath into deep Conscious Connected Breathwork and finish with energising, uplifting breath to shift the body into a higher frequency, so the body can release what it has been holding and recalibrate before the week ahead. This is a moment to close off the week behind you and set your intentions for the one coming.
The breath is one of the most direct ways to shift your state. Different techniques affect the body in different ways. Some settle and regulate the nervous system, some open access to deeper awareness, and some lift and energise. By moving through the full spectrum in one session, the body has space to release stored tension, process stored emotion and what has been sitting beneath the surface, and return to a calmer, clearer baseline.
What to expect
We begin with a guided meditation to settle the room and bring you into the body.
You will move through a few simple breathing techniques for stress and anxiety that you can carry into your week.
We move into a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey to release tension and recalibrate, making space to invite in what you need for the week ahead.

We finish with integration, intention setting and an energising breath, closing with a gratitude practice to shift the energy and ground you before you step into the week.

Our Method
Our Method has been carefully designed through years of dedicated research, self-exploration, intentional reflection and refinement on the profound impact of somatic experiences and cathartic release on the mind, body and spirit. We combine the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the artful integration of psychosomatics and bodywork, sound therapy and aromatherapy to help you activate your body's natural healing process.

Preparation for the session
Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.
Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.
Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 9 am.

About your host

Hey I’m Liza Al Sady, the found of We The Conscious and I spent the past 15 years working in the corporate world feeling stressed, constantly chasing my next deal and overwhelmed.

About 7 years ago I started looking into alternative wellness & therapies because I felt it was time that I faced my trauma head-on and committed to healing. I came to understand that no amount of avoidance could alleviate the heavy feeling I carried within me. It was like carrying emotional baggage weighing me down. Amid my path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, I stumbled upon Breathwork, and it has profoundly changed my life. Early in 2022, I was appointed as Head of Well-being for the largest Education Recruitment Agency in the UK.

I introduced breathwork and mindfulness across London and 9 regional offices, and witnessing my ‘suited and booted’ colleagues embrace breathwork for stress and anxiety management was an incredibly fulfilling moment. This experience inspired me to create a conscious lifestyle brand, aiming to make breathwork accessible to as many businesses and people as possible. I trained in Neo Emotional Release and qualified as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach & Teacher under JP Crimi, a leading expert in the science and ancient wisdom of Breathwork.

This style of breathwork is for over 18’s only and Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pacemaker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
