Our September Unwind & Align event will welcome Kelsey Swan board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Kelsey grew up right here in Ralston, Nebraska. Kelsey attended Hastings college where she played volleyball. She continued her education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is trained in Herman and Wallace women's health physical therapy and is the Pelvic Floor coordinator for Makovicka PT. 🧘♀️ What to Expect:
