Unveiled
Guided by their classroom teacher, students begin by exploring the key conventions of realistic acting inspired by the work of Konstantin Stanislavsky, including truthful characterisation, naturalistic movement, psychological motivation, and believable ensemble interaction. In this showing, students will present scenes drawn from a range of realistic texts, applying these techniques to bring everyday stories and characters to life. Unveiled invites families to witness the students’ developing ability to inhabit nuanced roles and craft performances that reflect the complexity of real human experience.
Three groups, three sessions, times TBC.
