But when imbalances arise, they can manifest as pain, discomfort, digestive issues, menstrual irregularities, or emotional stagnation. Untangling the Pelvic Floor is a hands-on, plant-centered intensive that explores pelvic wellness through the lens of herbalism, embodiment, and somatic practices.In this two-weekend deep dive, we will:
