About this Event
Building on the sucess of hair club 1, where we explored links between the hair follicle and the brain, we are pleased to bring iteration 2. Here, in this 1 day symposium there will be a series of talks where we explore the connection between whole body health, the hair follicle and hair fibre. In the morning session we will discuss body health, hormones, metabolism and how this impacts the follicle. In the afternoon we will switch direction and explore how the hair fibre can tell us about body health, our surrounding environment, and how signalling from the follicle can impact our skin and body.
We hope to offer CPD points for this event, which have their application pending.
Similar to hair club iteration 1, the event will be held on the 12th floor of the Uren Hub, at Imperial College's White City Campus.
