AI agents are dominating industry conversations, yet in resourcing and workforce operations most leaders still struggle to articulate what they’d reliably delegate to one. This morning workshop is designed to give you the certainty and practical judgement you need. We will explore how agents behave, how they integrate into human workflows, and what organisational safeguards must be in place before any deployment is considered.

The workshop is led by Khyati Pal, a transformation specialist with deep experience in operational design, data architecture and technology‑enabled change across recruitment and professional services. Over the last 18 months, she has immersed herself in agentic AI, building practical cross‑platform insight into how agents are constructed, governed and woven into day‑to‑day business activity.
