THE ARC OF THE DAY

Morning: The Untaming Begins

We’ll open in circle, and from the first round of sharing, something in the room will shift. Dr. Liz will guide deep, authentic sharing to crack the field wide open. Through a series of potent prompts and embodied exercises, the real work will begin: peeling back the layers of who we were told to be, and remembering the heat of who we actually are underneath.

Midday: The Awakening

Things will get sacred as we journey through the Holy Wild Paradigm, more practices, and pod play; we’ll go beneath the surface of the known self into something older, wilder, and more true. Outdated beliefs are released. What awakens here cannot be planned or predicted; only received.

Afternoon: The Embodiment

Upgrades and newly accessible embodiment become available through quantum activations. We’ll close the circle by anchoring everything that has moved, shifted, and awakened throughout the day deep into the body: where it belongs, where it will stay, where it will continue to work on you long after you leave this room.

You will leave full. Full of aliveness, inspiration, and a passion for your own life that you may not have felt in years — or perhaps ever.
