About this Event

Welcome to the Unreasonable Hospitality Workshop!

Based on the book, Unreasonable Hospitality, by Will Guidara, this 2-day in-person workshop will take place in the iconic Empire State Building. The purpose of this program is to help you promote engagement, elevate the client and team experience, and drive exponential business growth.

Day 1 centers around creating unforgettable moments for internal and external clients. We will examine components from the book as well as elements from Design Thinking to innovate around making your client and/or team experiences unforgettable. By delving into every touchpoint, you have the opportunity to make hospitality your competitive advantage.

Day 2 focuses on leadership techniques that will create a culture of hospitality. During this day, you will have the opportunity to elevate your influencing skills to improve overall effectiveness.
