Unplugged Soundbath & Yoga

Join us for an evening of IRL connection and self-care to kick off 24 hours of digital wellness. We'll be joined by somatic therapist Megan Sherer and sound healer Kelly Austin for a gentle restorative yoga practice, guided meditation and sound healing, followed by mocktails and mingling.

Be sure to wear comfy clothes and bring any props you might like for the sound bath (blanket, pillow, eye mask). Yoga mats will be provided. Capacity is limited, so save your spot with a tax-deductible donation of any amount to the Global Day of Unplugging.
