You’ll take a deep dive into the proven healing properties of forest and ocean - returning home calmer and more fluid in body and mind. You’ll gain practical, evidence-based tools to manage stress long after the retreat ends.
What You'll Experience: Guided Forest Therapy Walk on one of California’s first Certified Forest Therapy Trails, Bluetooth Movement Session, Self-Myofascial Release Workshop to hydrate fascia and release stored tension, Nature Journaling to spark creativity and cultivate mindful reflection, and Community & Integration Circles to weave insights into daily life. You’ll leave with take-home resources and simple, sustainable practices to support nervous system regulation and holistic well-being.
Overnight Package Pricing: $1,650 for a single guest (including tax and fees). Additional $900 to add a second guest to your room.
