Why Play?

As adults, we rarely give ourselves permission to play. Yet, research shows that adults who engage in playful activities experience more positive emotions, stronger social confidence, and greater resilience in everyday life. Play isn't just fun. It's one of the most natural ways to grow.

What We’re Offering

No lecture slides. No worksheets. Just you, a room full of interesting people, and a series of short, fun, and engaging activities purposefully designed to help you stretch your social muscles in a low-pressure, high-energy environment.

You'll laugh, move, and interact, all while quietly building the interpersonal skills that make everyday human connection feel easier and more joyful.

You'll walk away with:

  1. A greater ease with listening, responding, and connecting authentically
  2. Simple, playful tools to worry less about how you come across, and how you read others
  3. A lighter relationship with looking silly, because growth lives outside your comfort zone
  4. New connections with people you wouldn't have met otherwise

Who’s It for?

This event is for anyone who wants to feel more at ease around people, whether you tend to hold back in groups, find small talk draining, or simply want to show up more freely and confidently in everyday interactions at work. No preparation, no performance, and no experience required. Just bring yourself and an open mind.

Especially great for:

  1. Professionals who find the social side of work harder to navigate
  2. People who want to feel more comfortable in social situations
  3. Anyone who wants to worry less about how they're perceived
  4. Curious souls who love learning through play
  5. Anyone looking to make genuine connections in a fun, welcoming space

Who’s the Workshop Leader?

She is known for her warm, inclusive facilitation style that makes everyone feel seen and heard. Whether it's her first time meeting you or the tenth, she'll have you saying “You've got this!” before the night is over.
