That openness shaped its economy and its character, and it is part of Berlin's history.

This election could shape what happens to it.

And trust in elections increasingly rests on technology: the tools that run and check the vote and make sure every voice is counted the way it was cast.

Three special guests, shaping Berlin's future and each bringing a different point of view on the topic:

Rainer Seider has spent three decades connecting Berlin to cities around the globe. President of the Asia Berlin Forum and a VOLT candidate in the 2026 Berlin elections.

Kave Bulambo founded BlackInTech Berlin, the first community for Black professionals in the city's tech scene. TEDx speaker and LinkedIn Top Voice.

Nándor Toth came from Hungary and co-founded Stateless, where he builds tools that protect the integrity of elections across Europe and beyond.
