Be on time
Please arrive a few minutes earlier if you are able to, this will allow us to start with ease.

Wear comfortable clothes
You will be removing your shoes and moving your body.

Stay hydrated & cozy
Bring a water bottle, Yoga mat or picnic blanket. Repellent is recommended if you are sensitive.
