This course blends body-based practices with the latest research on pelvic health and trauma recovery.
As a trauma-sensitive course, it is important to prioritize the creation of a safe, supportive environment for participants to gently reconnect with their pelvis and release any emotional or physical trauma stored in the region.
The pelvis is the seat of our physical health, sexual vitality, and emotional well-being. It is also where we carry our life experiences, memories, and unresolved tensions.

This course is not a pelvic theapy course, but a trauma somatic movement informed course. Please expect from this course: Breathing, Warnings UPS, mobilization and dance exercises, not a therapy. If you have any injury please first consult your medical doctors and than the teacher before you register.
