PRESENTER: Adrienne M. Fudge is a successful entrepreneur who has been in business since 2008. She leads two full-time businesses. 40 Dreams Catering, where she and her team provide meals to senior citizens and disabled adults in nine New Jersey counties. Her second business, Cooking Thyme, is a recreational cooking school that hosts cooking classes for children, adults, families, and a summer garden camp for grade school children. The eldest of the group is 70, the youngest is 18. Prior to being an entrepreneur Fudge worked as a Human Resources and Training Manager in both the Pharmaceutical and Aviation industries. She was an employee relations manager responsible for mediating conflict and performance issues from middle management to front-line sales teams. Fudge earned her Master's in Corporate and Public Communication at Seton Hall University and her Bachelor's at Fordham University. er education and experiences as a corporate manager and a successful entrepreneur gives her special insight into managing and motivating teams.
