Welcome to Knife and Stick Defense 101!
Come join us for an action-packed day of learning how to defend yourself from weapon based attacks. This event is perfect for beginners looking to gain confidence and basic skills in self-defense.
The instructor will be going through the nature and seriousness of the dangers of a blade and the crushing power of a stick and how to defend against them. The Instructor will introduce basic tapping techniques, dynamic drills, how to isolate the attacker through locks and holds, redirecting, disarming as well as spacing and footwork will be explored. He will be teaching other effective techniques to off balance an attacker as well.
