The 2025 York Street Project Gala: A Celebration of Hope

It will be an evening of inspiration featuring the New Jersey Symphony and Jersey City’s Poet Laureate, Melida Rodas and honoring BNY, The Exchange Place Alliance and Genevieve Appel for their dedication and significant contributions as pillars of hope for families in need.

The 2025 York Street Project Gala: A Celebration of Hope, will take place on Thursday, March 27, from 6:00 to 10:00 PM at Hudson House in Jersey City, NJ. The event includes a cocktail hour, open bar, dinner, dessert & entertainment.

Guiding guests through this remarkable evening will be Special Guest Emcee, Syma Chowdhry, the Emmy award winning morning anchor for News 12 New Jersey, whose presence will add an extra layer of energy and inspiration to the event.

Proceeds from the gala will directly support York Street Project’s comprehensive programs that include sheltering, feeding and caring for women, children and families in need.
