Everything in the universe is made up of energy and the Chakras are our body's energy centers. Although there are 12 Chakras, this series will focus on the 7 Primary (inner) Chakras that run along the back of your spine. We will continue this month with an introduction to the Crown Chakra (Ajna). The Crown Chakra is said to be the gateway to divine consciousness that connects us to the universal energy of the cosmos.
We will begin with the location along the spine, and then discuss the signs of balance or imbalance and what lifestyle adjustments you can make to ensure stability. Finally, we will move into intuitive breathwork and yoga poses associated with the Crown Chakra and will close out with group reiki and energy healing.
