This session will help participants learn the difference between normal, age-related changes in memory and thinking versus warning signs that may indicate something more serious, such as dementia. Attendees will also gain insight into how Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders are diagnosed, current treatment options, and practical ways to support long-term brain health.
