Join a registered nurse from our Community Health Centre for a free community health education session focused on understanding high blood pressure (hypertension) and its impact on overall health and wellbeing.

We will discuss causes of high blood pressure, why we care if our blood pressure is elevated, and ways to monitor and manage high blood pressure.
