Community Hatha Flow Yoga at the Dock
Join us this summer for weekly yoga sessions on the Banfield dock! We meet every Wednesday 8am for a one hour outdoor class – a perfect mid-week reset to leave you feeling goooooooood!
What is Hatha Flow?
This blended style, merges the grounding benefits of Hatha with the invigorating flow of Vinyasa for a balanced and uplifting class to start your day off right.
What to expect?
Classes change from week to week, but they're designed to be soulful, uplifting and ego-free. Whether you're new to yoga, or have been practicing a while, we aim to create a space for folks to tap into that blissful mind-body-heart-soul feeling.
Class Sizes
Class size is limited to 8 people to ensure we don't take up too much space. Please sign up ahead of time if possible to secure your spot! Classes are by donation – pay what you can, or just bring good vibes.
Bring your mat, your morning coffee or tea, and come hang out!
