Welcome everyone to this course on how to understand emotions to overcome difficulties through meditation and find happiness! Emotions are the basis of our life and happiness and Buddhist philosophy has a deep and vast understanding of the human mind and all its aspects. In this course, we would like to help you explore our destructive emotions as well as train the mind to manage them.

The course will have break in 5 minutes.
