- Considering the function and benefits of sleep
- Reflecting on what happens when we lose sleep?
- Understanding common sleep problems and the barriers to sleep
- Identifying ways to prioritise & optimise sleep
- Considering the struggles patients may experience
- Introducing sleep improvement strategies
