This workshop follows our ‘Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Approaches’ workshop and aims to provide more focused training around supporting you in helping your patients understand and manage their worry.​

On completion of this course you will:​

  • Learn how to understand worry from a CBT perspective and how to share this understanding with your patients​
  • Learn how to distinguish between what is helpful and what is unhelpful worry​
  • Using the worry tree and problem solving techniques to manage worry


Please note, if you are a non-medical registrant who is eligible for Continual Professional Development (CPD) funding this course will account as part of your annual allowance for CPD funding.
