You’ll be immersed in northern Italian cuisine as you make herbed goat cheese crostinis to nibble on while preparing your dinner, which begins with a summery melon, tomato, and burrata salad. The main entrée is a rustic, yet elegant rollatini of chicken filled with prosciutto and cheese that is rolled, baked, and sliced into pretty pinwheels. The chicken pairs well with a side of garlic and spinach orzo. For dessert, a classic affogato of espresso poured over gelato will hit the sweet spot.
