So without further ado, this month’s theme is: Making a meal out of all parts of a California King Salmon!
Welcome to my once-a-month, intimate 4-seater mini Omakase/Chef’s Table series where I cook, no holds barred, 3-4 COURSES OF EXACTLY WHAT I WANT TO at that point in time. This could be new recipes I am testing, food I ate at a restaurant that I really liked, or dishes with ingredients I don’t normally buy, but the point is you will not know until you sit down.
I will not make any substitutions or additional dietary accommodations (besides what the theme calls for). As a cook, this is the event where I would really like to showcase my skills with some live cooking narration, intimate personal chatter, and experimentation.
I invite guests to simply help cover the cost of ingredients, give lots of critical feedback, BYOB, and spend some connecting with myself and each other. You may hate the food, love it, the tastes might be eclectic, but you will leave full no matter what.
