Start your evening feeling relaxed and restored! Join us for a unique wellness experience featuring a calming sound bathing session under the bridge at Mason Park. Please bring your mat if you have one. There will be a limited number of extra yoga mats.

To create a peaceful space and help everyone relax and connect during the meditation, please silence your phones and enable Do Not Disturb before the sound bath. Refrain from talking or making noise during the session to allow full immersion. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm, peaceful, and present space.
