We are collaborating with multiple exciting business's to offer a packed out day including a 5k run, fitness challenges, sports massage and more!
RUN FEST is being hosted at Thirst and Ale House, Chelmsford!

Dancer-cise session with Heels with Lauryn
2.5/5k fun run hosted by yours truly
Fun sports challenges hosted by Move Essex
Sports massage taster sessions with AG Active massage. Longer purchasable sessions also available

Megs Bakes treats (some samples and some for sale)
