Uncoupled & Unbridled — The Single Woman's Reset Series
About this Event
There is a story you have been carrying.
It was handed to you quietly — at Christmas dinners, in romantic comedies, in the well-meaning questions from people who love you. It told you that your single chapter was a problem to be solved. That you were somewhere behind where you should be. That your real life would begin when someone arrived to complete it.
You didn't choose that story. But you have been living inside it.
Uncoupled & Unbridled is a full-day in-person experience for single women who are ready to set that story down — and discover what is waiting for them on the other side of it.
This is not a workshop about finding a relationship. It is not about fixing what is broken. There is nothing broken here. This is a day about releasing the bridle — the narrative that has been directing your life from the outside — and learning what it feels like to move through your life from the inside out.
In one rich, intimate day together you will:
- Name and release the story you've been handed — so that the next time someone asks "are you still single?" you feel the ground under your feet instead of the familiar hollow drop in your stomach
- Grieve what genuinely deserves to be grieved — so that you can stop dragging the weight of it into first dates, family dinners, and quiet Sunday mornings, and start showing up to your own life with both hands free
- Rewrite your narrative on your own terms —so that "I'm single" stops being something you say apologetically and starts being something you say like a woman who knows exactly who she is
- Reclaim what you have been postponing —so that the trip, the course, the table for one at the restaurant you've been saving for a special occasion, the thing you keep saying you'll do when your life looks different — gets moved to this year's calendar
- Declare who you are — out loud, witnessed —so that you drive home on June 27th with a knowing about yourself that belongs entirely to you and stays
You will leave with meaningful keepsakes, a full printed workbook, morning refreshments, and a nourishing lunch — and something harder to name but impossible to miss: the feeling of a woman who has stopped waiting for her life to begin.
This Day Is For You If:
- You are a a single woman who has been navigating this chapter long enough to be tired of the story around it and suspects the problem was never really you
- You are tired of feeling like your life is a waiting room
- You have been quietly putting things on hold until your circumstances change
- You want to feel connected, grounded, and genuinely hopeful — not in a manufactured way, but in a real one
- You are ready to stop shrinking and start living with your whole self
- You have loved, lost, or left — and you are ready to find out who you are on the other side of it
This Day Is Not For You If:
- You are looking for dating advice or strategies to find a partner
- You are not ready to be honest with yourself and a small group of women
- You prefer to stay comfortable in your pain over feeling genuinely free
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
For 20 years I worked as a spiritual health practitioner in acute care hospitals, sitting with people in the most raw and real moments of their lives. I learned what it means to hold space for transformation that is not tidy, not linear, and not finished when the hour is up.
And I have lived this work.
I know what it is to shrink at a gathering because you showed up alone again. To silence your own instincts because trusting them felt too risky. To stay too long in something wrong because being chosen felt safer than being honest. Whether you have never been partnered, or you loved someone and that love ended, the story that followed you out of it is what I am talking about.
The question that changed everything for me was not "how do I become worthy of him?" It was "is he worthy of me?" I had spent years never thinking to ask it. That question led me home, to myself, to my own truth, to a life I genuinely love. Rich, full, and complete, not because of who is in it, but because I finally stopped living like someone else held the reins.
I created The Single Woman's Reset Series because I recognize you. I was you. And I know that the story you've been handed is not who you are. She has been there all along. Somewhere beneath all of it is a woman who is powerful, clear, and completely capable of living an unbridled life.
This day is for her.
Come as you are. Leave unbridled.
