Unconditional Love Sound Bath

This is the season where many celebrate the love they have with another. Some people have no one or are grieving the loss of a love one and this can be a difficult time for them. The theme for this sound journey is to explore unconditional love for ourselves and others. Tapping into the heart space, using sound healing techniques to sooth our hearts and relax the body and mind. Finding connection in a community space where we can radiate this unconditional love out into the world.

A wide range of sound healing instruments with be blended together in a gentle flow using deep drums, Grotta senora gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, waterfall disk and koshi chimes. Come feel the love and comfort these sacred instruments provide as the intention is infused into the session.

Doors open at 6:40, show starts promptly at 7:00 with the doors locking at 7:10. Give ample time to find parking and setting up your space in the studio. The event is upstairs at Balance Studio, which is a yellow house across the street from Theo Chocolate. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow and anything needed for maximum comfort. There are some bolsters, chairs and blankets provided by the venue.
