This isn’t just another workshop — it’s a space to come home to yourself.
Unapologetically You: Claiming Your Space is an intimate evening designed for Black women in the Niagara Region to reflect, connect, and rise — together.

Through journaling, conversation, and guided exercises, you’ll explore what it means to stop shrinking, set boundaries, and show up boldly as your most authentic self.

This session will also serve as a mini focus group, giving attendees the opportunity to help shape future Radiant Connections events while enjoying a meaningful and empowering experience.

Settle in with soft music, light refreshments, and a reflection prompt to center yourself.

💬 Real Conversations & Connection
Share, reflect, and connect through guided prompts and journaling moments that spark honest dialogue.

💌 Claim Your Space Activity
Write a personal permission or empowerment statement — your take-home reminder to keep showing up unapologetically.

📝 Focus Group & Feedback Moment
Share your thoughts about Radiant Connections — what you want to see more of, how you’d like to engage, and what truly resonates.

Radiant Connections is an initiative by My Radiant Reflection that creates intentional spaces for Black women to reflect, connect, and grow. Each gathering blends self-care, empowerment, and community — helping women embrace their authentic selves while building meaningful connections in the Niagara Region.
