UMOJA Health Access Point Soft Opening

We extend a warm invitation to elected officials, healthcare workers, donors, and community members who are interested in getting a tour of our Umoja Health Access Point (HAP) facility. This is an opportunity to learn more about our Umoja HAP clinic, the comprehensive, wraparound services we'll offer, and how the clinic will positively impact our community as a hub for health and wellness resources. This is also an opportunity to meet the organizations behind Umoja HAP: Rafiki Coalition, 3rd St Youth Clinic, Alliance Health Project (AHP), San Francisco Aids Foundation, and Positive Resource Center (PRC).
