Rise and Flow: Morning Pages at The Faight Collective

Start your Friday with a peaceful, grounding yoga practice designed to set the tone for your day. This 8 AM class focuses on slow, intentional movement and deep connection to the breath, inviting you to move your body with gratitude and mindfulness. Inspired by seasonal rhythms, each session helps you align with nature's flow while creating space for self-reflection. We’ll end with a quiet journaling session, allowing you to integrate your experience and carry a sense of balance and intention into the rest of your day.

This class will take place in our tree-filled, light-shining space behind our gallery and retail shop.

No props needed

All classes are $20

Doors will open 15 minutes before class begins to register and get comfy 

All students must pre-register using Eventbrite before class
