Always wanted to play the ukulele? Now’s your chance! 🌿✨Join us for a 4-week Introductory Ukulele Course for Adults as part of the HBNC’s Local Learning Network. This fun, beginner-friendly program will help you learn the foundations of ukulele playing while enjoying music, connection, and community.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll:
Learn the different types of ukulele
Practice tuning and basic chords
Play a few popular songs
Connect with like-minded learners
No instrument? No problem! Ukuleles are provided for in-class use (or bring your own if you prefer).
📍 Where: Urangan Community Wellness Centre, Elizabeth St, Urangan (opposite Miller St)
📅 When: 4 x Tuesdays – Sept 2, 9, 16 & 23, 2025
🕙 Time: 10:30am – 11:30am
💲 Cost: $20 per person (covers all 4 sessions, tuition, notes & tea/coffee)
👉 Open to adult beginners aged 16+
