Time: 8am-12pm.
In this workshop you will get to play a range of singing bowls, choose one special bowl that resonates with you and take that beautiful baby home!
You will learn:
Part 1: The essentials
- How to strike and sing the bowls
- Wake up and close down process
- Cleanse and care for your crystal bowl
- The Chakras and musical notes relating to each bowl
Part 2: Science, how we can relate using singing bowls back to science
- Brainwaves and frequency
- Epigenetic's
- BioChemistry
Half time snacks: We provide tea, coffee and small snack. You are also welcome to bring your own.
Part 3: How you can develop your own practice at home using your crystal singing bowl
Part 4: Sound, silence and space
- Sound of silence making space for change in your life
Take home any bowl, yes!
Choosing your bowl:
We will have lots of bowls there and they will all be new and waiting to go home with you. Sizes will range from big to small and a range of styles from White/Colour/Rainbow. All are made from the same high grade quartz.
- Yes you can buy extra bowls on the day for a special price on this day only.
- Bring something to wrap your new baby/babies in
- Please bring your mat, rugs and cushion to sit on, water and note book
This is a fun and informative half day class. Perfect to up-skill our modalities.
