About Your Host

Daniel Purnomo is a passionate & playful musician who has been actively playing music professionally for decades in many occasions. He is one of the finalists in the International Ukulele Contest in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2018 and 2019 (Solo Category), and the 1st runner up of an online International Ukulele Contest​ (Solo Fingerstyle - Open category) organised by Malaysia Ukulele Festival in 2021 and 2022.

About SURE (Singapore Ukulele Revival) :
A Singapore based ukulele ensemble that Daniel trains. In 2018 & 2019
the teams under SURE's name won the 2nd prize (group category) in the
International Ukulele Contest in Honolulu, Hawaii. The group has also
been performing for festivals, concerts, and some other events.
