Uchiko’s Wine & Wagyu Dinner Series with Hundred Acre Wines

An evening of exceptional wines and premium Wagyu awaits at Uchiko Miami Beach on Wednesday, November 4. Join this Wine & Wagyu dinner event for an exclusive 10-course tasting experience paired with six sought-after wines from acclaimed Napa Valley winemaker Jayson Woodbridge's Hundred Acre, Summer Dreams and Fortunate Son labels.

Guests will indulge in a specially curated menu featuring A5 Wagyu steak, bluefin tuna nigiri, crab and caviar handrolls, Hokkaido scallops and more. Highlights from the wine lineup include Hundred Acre's WRAITH Crypt 2019 and ARK Vineyard 2023, the latter making its debut at the dinner. As an added perk, ticket holders will have the rare opportunity to purchase bottles of Hundred Acre wines, bypassing the winery's four-year waiting list.

Tickets are $575 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are limited.
